Deep Fried Shrimp Balls
Ingredients:
1 lb(31-40) Shrimp
1 oz Salt
3 oz Sugar
1 tsp Corn starch
½ tsp Salad Oil
5 piece Spring roll wrap ( cut in small stripe )
Dash White pepper
2 lb Vegetable oil
Directions:

Ground shrimp in blender

Add salt, sugar, corn starch, white pepper and salad oil in ground shrimp and mixed well (clockwise).

Roll mixture into ping pong ball size, then roll ball in spring wrap stripe.

Deep fried shrimp ball in boiling oil until golden brown at 325°
