Bacon Bits 1/4 Cup |
Shredded Cheddar-Jack Cheese 1 Cup |
Diced Tomatoes 1 Cup |
Diced Boiled Eggs 1/2 Cup |
Croutons 1/4 Cup |

Directions
Mix croutons, bacon bits, shredded cheese, and boiled eggs into a bowl. Layer chopped lettuce and tomatoes onto two plates. Sprinkle all items in the bowl on top of the tomatoes and lettuce layer. Viola! A great low-carb meal!

Sour Cream 1/3 Cup |
Chives 1/4 Cup |

Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top of tater tots and bake for 10 minutes. Sprinkle bacon bits while tater tots are still hot and pour sour cream on top. Sprinkle chives to top off the carb-a-licious meal!
